Apart from acting as relationship therapist for a couple of my girlfriends, this is what has distracted me from from my work today. I have hardly been able to sit in my chair at all.

The only thing I didn’t do RX was the DUs. BUT! I did get to jump today. So that as pretty awesome. I finished up with 5 rounds. Very pleased with it. I ran it all. I rowed it all. Ankle felt good the entire time.
Here’s to the upswing! Can’t wait to be running regularly again.
The class before I had plenty of time to roll out and stretch at the end. When all four of us in my class finished, we were pretty much kicked out right away. I’m certain some rolling and stretching would have made today a little easier to tolerate.
