Insomnia, Lack of Gym, Hello Coffee!
I haven’t been to Crossfit since Wednesday of last week. (okay, that’s actually lying. I’ve now been there but it’s about 6 hours after I started this post)The minimum amount of times to show up at the gym itself for our challenge is three for the week. Wow, I’m glad I got there.
I have not been able to sleep well at all. If anyone has any suggestions, please please please let me know. I guess it didn’t help that my backyard is pretty much an attractor for lighting. My house shook at 3ish this morning. That was not so much fun. I think I pretty much sat straight up. It’s been pretty regular. I just roll and roll and roll. The only thing I haven’t tried is something like Tylenol PM. In the past I haven’t done very well with waking up in the morning if I take that. Maybe tonight will be different.
This last weekend was filled with lots of Volleyball. And my moonlighting gig has started back up. Now I’ll really never be home. Thank goodness this is a three day weekend (even though I’ll be working on Saturday, but not for long).
